Refunds and consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including Australian Consumer Law where it applies. If a product has a major failure, is not of acceptable quality, is not as described, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, refund, or compensation depending on the circumstances.
We do not usually offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choices submitted by the customer, ordinary handmade variation, or damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions, unless required by law.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a suspected fault, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can assess the issue and offer the remedy required or appropriate.
