Our commitment

Every Day and You piece is handmade in small batches with care and attention. We take quality seriously, and we want every customer to receive exactly what they hoped for.

Because our pieces are handcrafted and often personalised, each one is made to order. This section explains your options clearly and honestly.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, is materially different from what was described, or has a genuine manufacturing fault, you have rights we cannot limit or exclude. Under Australian Consumer Law and equivalent consumer protection laws in other countries, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer the remedy required by law or appropriate to the circumstances.

Please note that slight natural variations in pearl size, lustre, surface, and colour are part of what makes each handmade piece unique. These are characteristics of natural materials, not defects.

Report a fault or damage

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on personalised or made-to-order items. This is standard for handmade jewellery because each piece is crafted specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.

If you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong personalisation, or simply changed your mind after production has started, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund in those circumstances — unless required by law.

We encourage you to review all details carefully before placing your order. If you realise you have made an error immediately after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if production has not yet started.
