Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, is materially different from what was described, or has a genuine manufacturing fault, you have rights we cannot limit or exclude. Under Australian Consumer Law and equivalent consumer protection laws in other countries, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer the remedy required by law or appropriate to the circumstances.
Please note that slight natural variations in pearl size, lustre, surface, and colour are part of what makes each handmade piece unique. These are characteristics of natural materials, not defects.
