What to expect from processing to delivery, including where we ship and who handles customs.

Processing time

Because every Day and You piece is made by hand, we ask for 5–10 business days to prepare your order before it is dispatched. More complex or personalised pieces may take a little longer.

We will send you a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way. If there is ever an unexpected delay, we will reach out to let you know.

Shipping regions

We currently ship to the following regions: Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We ship to the address you provide, and we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, misdelivered, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error in your address immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the details if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Customs processing can also affect delivery timelines. We are unable to predict or control customs delays, but we will provide all required documentation on the shipment to help things move smoothly.

Tracking

Where tracking is available for your shipping method and region, we will include your tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.

Not all regions or shipping services offer full tracking. If you have questions about your shipment status, please contact us with your order number.

Handmade production, customs clearance, public holidays, carrier disruptions, and other factors outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times. Estimated timelines are estimates only, not guarantees.
