Answers to the questions that usually come up before choosing a handmade pearl bracelet.
Each bracelet is made for a comfortable everyday fit. If you are buying a gift and are unsure of wrist size, choose the piece first and contact the studio before fulfilment so we can advise on fit.
For the safest measurement, wrap a soft tape around the wrist and add a little ease for movement. If the bracelet is a surprise, we can help you choose a standard gift fit.
Ask for sizing helpDay and You bracelets use freshwater pearls with a golden marker pearl for the chosen day. Natural variation in pearl tone and surface is part of the handmade character.
Keep pearls away from perfume, lotion, and long water exposure. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wear and store the bracelet separately from harder jewellery.
Choose a month and day on the product page. The golden marker pearl represents that day, turning the bracelet into a quiet reminder of a date you want to keep close.
If you selected the wrong date, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update it before the piece enters fulfilment.
Change a selected dayGift-ready packaging is included with every bracelet. We do not show pricing inside the parcel when the order is prepared as a gift.
A dedicated gift note field is planned. Until then, send your note through the contact form after ordering and include the order email.
Send a gift noteMost orders need 5-10 business days for handmade preparation before dispatch. Shipping regions, customs notes, and tracking expectations are listed on the shipping page.
Returns and exchanges depend on the order status and condition of the piece. The refund policy explains the current rules in plain language.
